sum it up in really quick phrases:
-knitting machine being a fuss
-designs are coming together, going to scan them soon
-first prototype being revised and finished (65% at the moment to finished product)
-thinking maybe selling at Artist alley at IFC or mff...? maybe
-First prototype is a panda pattern in a cowl form
-pawgyle pattern (initial design) is finished and need to figure out what to apply it to
-writing up terms of agreement for etsy store
-writing up excel cross chart for prices of combining patterns to products and optional add ons
-when everything is set up, I will mainly sell through etsy or through here and paypal to keep records of everything.
Now to the commission part:
-I have a custom shaped business card I want to actually produce, key features are:
paw shaped on one end, perforated rip area at the other end that has a tail curled up that forms a hole to be tied to product (doubles as a product/thank you card to the knitted items on one end and a business card on the other)
-need to find a custom die cut business card place that is a reasonable price to start off
-need to find an artist with these criterias for my design (I already have the shape, and what I want on it, I just want someone to put it all together): clean solid shaped graphic/cell shading, able to produce it in vector and bitmap form, mainly flat coloring and minimal shading.
